Buttock Augmentation:
The lipo-injection technique for buttock augmentation is a breakthrough technique that offers natural and aesthetic results to people who wish to augment the volume of their buttocks and do not want silicon implants. Lipo-injections allow the surgeon to introduce the necessary amount of fat where it is required, making buttocks reshaping easer.

 On the other hand, lipo-injections do not pose the inconvenient risks of rejection, capsules formation, infection, or asymmetry as with silicon buttock prosthesis. In fact, nowadays this is the most common technique to enhance buttocks volume instead of implants or silicon prosthesis. Besides, this technique is simpler and does not cause postoperative pain as the prosthetic surgery.

The technique consists in vacuuming fat from other parts of the body (hips, waist, back) to inject it in the areas of the buttocks that need to be treated through 2 small incisions. This provides a more natural shape of the gluteus.
When there is not a suitable source of fat, we use fat grafting, which may be Vergara, de la Peña or Otero type. Cares and costs are very similar to those of breast implants.
